At Maison Drakos, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure your fragrance discovery arrives safely, swiftly, and exactly as expected.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard flat-rate shipping within the United States, calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Starting at $5
Free Shipping is available for qualifying orders that meet the current minimum spend, as advertised on-site.

At this time, we only ship domestically within the U.S.

Packaging

All decants and samples are securely wrapped and packaged to prevent leaks or damage. We take pride in presentation and quality control with every shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Maison Drakos is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us at admin@maisondrakos.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear description (and photo, if applicable), and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and the sampling model of our offerings, all sales are final. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for more information.
